Perchance to Dream

A walkthrough experience where guests travel across rooms that seemingly break the laws of reality. (Based on Hamlet).

Ophelia’s Bedchamber

Entering the Rococo-inspired bedroom, guests are quick to realize that the space has been seemingly taken over by a swamp, alluding to Ophelia’s drowning.

A sudden lighting change and projection mapping transport the guests to the bottom of a pond and Ophelia’s lifeless body begins to float into the air.

The Mirror Room

The final room of our guests’ journey, the Mirror Room appears to be upside down. Here, the guests stand on “the ceiling” and witness the violent aftermath of Hamlet’s journey below.

The checkered “floor” is actually a glass that switches from opaque to transparent to reveal a mirror, giving the illusion that the room has stretched to twice its height, has become right-side-up, and that the bodies are floating in midair.
