3:10 to Yuma

A drought-impoverished rancher takes on the dangerous job of taking a notorious outlaw to justice.

The Evans’ ranch house was inspired by both clay and wooden farmhouses of the Wild West.

The exposed rafters and columns accentuate the dilapidated feel of the house and aid in the compositional framing of the camera shot as a means to add tension.

Emma’s bedroom (at the saloon) is designed as an intimate space for the character Wade.
